The Artemide Consortium offers the possibility to have the fiscal and business address in its own center, to all Italian or Foreing companies interested in this service. We are in Bari, in Puglia, a region of southern Italy. The fiscal and business address of the companies envisages a series of services of domiciliation, purchasable singularly or jointly, and gives the possibility to use, with the occurrence, the services of temporary office and to use the spaces for meeting, businesses or formation.
SERVICES
Fiscal Address The service of fiscal address allows the communication of our addresses to the Chamber of Commerce for the opening of centers of company, to Vat Bureau, and for each other legal task. In this manner you will be able to elect our center as the legal center of yours company. Postal Business Address The postal service of business address makes possible to use the civic address of the center in Bari of the Artemide Consortium to receive letters and to dispatch some. The staff of reception receives Your letter, stamps it with the date of reception and puts it in the file at Your disposal. The received material can be withdrawn every day, from Monday to Friday in opening timetable, or, according to other agreements, in closing timetable and Saturdays. On request the material can be reforwarded. It is possible always to be informed on the post material received by telephone, fax or email and, with formal authorization, is possible to demand the transmission in electronic format by e-mail or fax. Thelephone Business Address Telephone business address makes possible to receive, at the reception of the Consortium, phone calls for You; to give them Your indications; to obtain, on request, the list of telephoned, as well as the telephone notes on the basis of outline used by Artemide Consortium. Fax Business Address Fax business makes possible to receive Your fax on the fax of the Artemide Consortium. The faxes will come recorded and held at Your disposal. The methods of withdrawal and reforwarding are the same of the postal business service.
COMPLEMENTARY SERVICESTemporary office The service of temporary office provides the use for a limited time (minimum one day) of an office equipped and of reception services.
Spaces for Business Meetings The service consists in the use for a limited time (minimum one day) of spaces equipped to organize businesses meetings.
Use of teaching spaces The service makes possible to use for a limited time (minimum one day) of teaching spaces.
